A primary focus of our pastors is to equip and empower others to serve as Jesus did. At Village Church, we have dedicated staff including pastors and volunteer leaders of groups, teams and ministries.

After 17 years in the tech industry, Mike and his family dove into a life dedicated to planting and revitalizing churches. Since 2007, the Miller family has been involved in starting and strengthening churches in the Pacific Northwest. Mike is most proud of his marriage to Heather and how they have raised three amazing people to serve the Lord with their lives. Mike is a lifelong learner of the Bible and leadership principles and finds joyful purpose in equipping and empowering those whom he serves. He’s a fan of CS Lewis, the Seahawks, craft coffee, and good hamburgers.

Heather helps build up and disciple the leaders at Village, including our team of Stephen Ministers. Heather studied Pastoral Care and Biblical Ministries at Johnson University. In her free time, she enjoys wood-working, gardening, journaling, and meaningful conversation over coffee or a long walk.

Toby serves as the Youth Minister and Music Minister at Village. Toby studied Music Ministry and Theology at Bushnell University in Eugene, OR. Toby is a twin and loves playing sports like basketball.

Graice leads our Children's Ministry. She studied Worship Arts at Bushnell University and has always loved working with kids! Graice is passionate about the arts; she loves singing, dancing, playing guitar and crocheting. As a new mom, Graice spends most of her time taking care of her home and her son, but on days off, you might find her playing cards or working on a puzzle.
