We deeply value spiritual growth and maturity in all areas of ministry, particularly in servant leadership, which is demonstrated through our church's various leadership teams. Village Church is led by four key teams: the Administrative Board, Staff, Preaching Team, and Elders. Each team plays a unique role in fostering a healthy church culture rooted in love for Jesus and for one another. This collaborative model encourages multiple voices and perspectives in decision-making, enabling us to effectively love, lead, and serve our church community. It also creates opportunities for us to equip all generations in their journey as followers of Jesus Christ.
Village Church Administrative Board
The Administrative Board is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of integrity for our 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, allowing our elders and staff to concentrate on the relational and spiritual aspects of ministry.
Village Church Staff
As we empower individuals to serve in ministry according to their gifts, we develop both paid and volunteer leaders who strive for excellence in the ministries God has called us to.
So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. -Ephesians 4:11-13
Village Church Preaching Team
We believe in a team approach to preaching, as diverse perspectives foster a healthy environment and equip all generations for future leadership in ministry. The Preaching Team helps us avoid the pitfalls of a personality-driven culture. As a result, our broad-based leadership enriches and shapes the culture of our church.
Village Church Elders
Our elders come together as one voice to provide spiritual nurture, prayer, and support to all Village leaders as they shape the church’s direction for the future.
